Index 318, Indonesian stay permit for foreigners who are former Indonesian citizens.

As far as you still have a copy of the proof that you were an Indonesian Citizen before, then you may apply a stay permit (E-ITAS) in Indonesia using a facility of Index 318. Your sponsorship in Indonesia should be Indonesian citizen such as your sibling, parents, or relative.

E-ITAS index 318 is valid for 1 year and it is renewable. You may apply for a KITAP (permanent resident) after entering 4^th year living in Indonesia using Index 318 E-ITAS.

Requirements from Indonesian Sponsor (Penjamin) are scan of:

1. E-KTP
2. Family card (Kartu Keluarga)
3. Birth certificate

Requirements from Ex-WNI Index 318 (foreigner in this case) are scan of:

1. Passport full pages, validity period min. 18 months (including cover)
2. Savings account with a minimum balance equivalent to USD 2.000
3. Documents that prove former Indonesian citizen, for example: KTP, birth certificate, family card
4. Photo (soft file)

Requirements from dependant Index 317 (wife or child under 18 years old) are scan of:

1. Informative section of the passport pages including the front cover of the passport. The minimum validity of the passport is 18 months
2. Married certificate for a spouse, or birth certificate for a child
